The Raksystems Group expands its humidity management services in Sweden with the acquisition of Monomeet AB
Raksystems Group, a versatile real estate welfare service provider in Finland and Sweden, is expanding its operations in Sweden by acquiring the entire share capital of Monomeet AB. Monomeet AB will merge with Raksystems Dry-IT, which is already operating in Sweden. The completion date of the acquisition is in July 2021.
Founded in 2000, Monomeet specialises in moisture management services, moisture damage assessments, and moisture measurements, airtightness measurements, and thermal imaging of buildings. The experts of the company provide services for construction companies and property owners, participating in approximately 350-400 projects annually. Monomeet AB operates on the west coast of Sweden in the Gothenburg area and in southern Sweden, Malmö, and the surrounding areas.
“The expert-level services of Monomeet AB fit perfectly into the Raksystems Dry-IT portfolio, which we acquired in 2019, by improving the services and expertise of both companies. We want to further strengthen our position as a service provider for both construction and property owners in Sweden and expand our Green Building Services in Sweden”, explains Raksystems Group CEO Marko Malmivaara.
“The merger with another well-known real estate moisture management specialist company further strengthens the both of us. In the future, we will be able to serve our customers in an increasingly diverse and wider area, as Raksystems AB will operate nationwide in Sweden,” shares Peter Stars, the CEO of Monomeet AB.
The Raksystems Group, the leading property well-being expert in the Nordic countries, serves its Finnish and Swedish customers in the fields of Green Building Services, property surveys, inspections, and certificates, while also providing property development, construction supervision, and design services.
The acquisition will increase the Raksystems Group’s pro forma net sales to app. 65 million EUR and its personnel to 560 experts.
